Here at Sabanah, cats and dogs rule the roost.
As part of the ‘so Sabanah’ loyalty scheme, Sabanah would like to offer your cat or dog a birthday present for life. To take part, all you need to do is follow these simple steps:
- place an order with Sabanah, either on one of our websites or in one of our boutiques,
- we’ll email you a subscription form for the ‘so Sabanah’ loyalty scheme, which will allow you to receive a present for life for your pet, based on the information you provide.
- once you receive the form, you’ll need to fully complete it and send it back to firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days. If you change your email address, please let Sabanah know or update your customer account details online, so that you can continue to benefit from our loyalty scheme.
Clients who have bought their pet an item in a Sabanah boutique and have provided the information required, need not worry – the registration of your pet is automatic.
A ‘so-Sabanah’ membership card will be sent to subscribers. If you haven’t received yours within 30 days of placing your order at a boutique or from the day you sent your duly completed form via one of our online boutiques, please let us know.
This offer is limited to one pet for each item ordered.
We deliver to your home or business address, excluding post-office boxes, cafés, restaurants and hotels.
2 – Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout the European Union (excluding overseas departments), Switzerland and the United States. Please enquire for delivery to other countries.

Free delivery is available throughout the European Union (excluding overseas departments), Switzerland and the United States.
4 – In which countries are returns free?
Returns are free within the entire European Union (excluding overseas departments) and in Switzerland.
Returns to the United States are payable by the client.
Sabanah cannot refund duty or taxes on returned products. Depending on the country, duty and taxes linked to the returned products may be refundable by contacting the relevant customs authority.
5 – What are the conditions for return?
You have 14 days to change your mind.
You must first send your Product return request by email to email@example.com or by telephone on +33 (0)188.8.131.52.09. You will receive return approval with details of the returns procedure.
Sabanah will organise the return of the Products with an approved transporter. Only the costs linked to this transporter will be paid by Sabanah and within the European Union and Switzerland only.
For the United States, the costs of return are payable by the client.
If you organise a return by your own means, all of the return costs are payable by you.
In all cases, the Product must be returned in perfect condition and in its undamaged, original packaging. Where applicable, it must be accompanied by all of its accessories and documentation. Any Product returned in a used, incomplete (particularly in the case of missing accessories), spoiled, damaged, impaired or soiled condition will not be refunded and the Product will be returned to you at your cost.
6 – How will I receive the refund?
Once the returned item has been received and checked, you will receive a credit by the same means of payment that you used to make your purchase, as soon as possible and within 15 days. Please note that a refund to your credit card is subject to the banking service which issued the card.
