We deliver to your home or business address, excluding post-office boxes, cafés, restaurants and hotels.

2 – Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the European Union (excluding overseas departments), Switzerland and Monaco. Please enquire for delivery to other countries.

3 – In which countries is free delivery available?

Free delivery is available throughout the European Union (excluding overseas departments), Switzerland and Monaco.

4 – In which countries are returns free?

Returns are free within the entire European Union (excluding overseas departments) and in Switzerland and Monaco.

Sabanah cannot refund duty or taxes on returned products. Depending on the country, duty and taxes linked to the returned products may be refundable by contacting the relevant customs authority.

5 – What are the conditions for return?

You have 14 days to change your mind.

You must first send your Product return request by email to serviceclient@sabanah.com or by telephone on +33 (0)1 47 16 16 17. You will receive return approval with details of the returns procedure.

Sabanah will organise the return of the Products with an approved transporter. Only the costs linked to this transporter will be paid by Sabanah and within the European Union, Switzerland and Monaco only.

If you organise a return by your own means, all of the return costs are payable by you.

In all cases, the Product must be returned in perfect condition and in its undamaged, original packaging. Where applicable, it must be accompanied by all of its accessories and documentation. Any Product returned in a used, incomplete (particularly in the case of missing accessories), spoiled, damaged, impaired or soiled condition will not be refunded and the Product will be returned to you at your cost.

6 – How will I receive the refund?

Once the returned item has been received and checked, you will receive a credit by the same means of payment that you used to make your purchase, as soon as possible and within 15 days. Please note that a refund to your credit card is subject to the banking service which issued the card.
